You further agree and undertake that you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.

Moneyship Enterprises accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties.

Moneyship Enterprises shall not be responsible and shall not be responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Users.

Shipping, Delivery & Exchange Policy

• Shipping Timeframe: Products are usually shipped within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Delivery Timeframe: Delivery typically occurs within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the delivery location. We ship using logistic aggregators like Shiprocket.
• Exchange Delivery Timeframe: In case of approved exchanges, the replacement product is shipped within 2 working days and delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of shipping.

The agreement between you and Moneyship Enterprises is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted or your login through other group or related ID. By using the services of Moneyship Enterprises you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
• All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.
• Moneyship Enterprises is neither responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Users nor make any representation or Warranty as to the attributes (such as quality, worth, marketability, etc.) of the products or services proposed to be sold or offered to be sold by the seller or purchased by the buyer, on the Website.
• You are advised to independently verify the bona fides of any particular Deal/ coupons that you choose to buy with on the Website and use your best judgment in that behalf. Moneyship Enterprises, accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or its channel partners/ Sellers or third parties.
• In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Moneyship Enterprises will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, Moneyship Enterprises reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability.

• Moneyship Enterprises will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of parties. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
• Failure/ denial by a channel partner to honor the deal/ Coupon or coupon code not working in case of online coupons needs to be reported within 24 hrs of the purchase of the deal/ coupon.
• Cancellation on user's request, may not be allowed, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchased.
• All order/sub orders cancelled will be refunded as per the payment mode selected by customer.
• You agree to receive calls from Moneyship Enterprises and its agents, merchants, courier partners seeking clarification/information regarding your order and any other related information as and when required and disclaim any liability of Moneyship Enterprises in this regard.

Third Party Information

The content on our website comprises a mix of third-party and our own material, encompassing text, graphics, user interfaces, visuals, photos, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, design documents, and artwork. We serve as an intermediary for third-party user-generated content and have no control over it. Indemnity

This includes claims arising from your actions or inactions, breach of warranties, representations, obligations under this Agreement, infringement of laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, payment of dues, libel, defamation, privacy violations, service disruption to other subscribers, or infringement of intellectual property and other rights.

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

Share & Earn

By signing up on Moneyship Enterprises and/or using Moneyship Enterprises Share & Earn (service) you agree to be bound by all our Terms and Conditions.

• The Share & Earn service on Moneyship Enterprises lets users create and use special links. Sharing these links can earn users Moneyship Enterprises Cashback, Rewards, or Voucher Rewards for eligible transactions. Share your links with friends and family. Cashback is only applicable for stores and offers displaying Moneyship Enterprises cashback rates and Share & Earn marks. The rates are shown in green text at the top of each store's section (look for "CD Cashback/Rewards/Voucher Rewards" in green). For detailed rates and terms, click on the cashback text unit.
• Users must refrain from using Share & Earn or any Moneyship Enterprises links for advertising on platforms like Google, Facebook, or others. This applies to both Share & Earn links and Moneyship Enterprises out-click links to Retailer websites/apps. Failure to comply will lead to account termination and cancellation of any earned cashback, confirmed or pending. Moneyship Enterprises retains the right to cancel earnings/cashback without notice due to suspicious activities, including ads.
• To qualify for Moneyship Enterprises cashback, the Retailer (Store/website/brand/merchant) must confirm that the purchase resulting from a user’s click from Moneyship Enterprises is tracked, genuine and successful and commissionable (constituting a “Qualifying Transaction“). When any Qualifying Transactions are generated through these links and Moneyship Enterprises receives a commission fee for these Qualifying Transactions from Retailers, Moneyship Enterprises will pay users “Moneyship Enterprises cashback” for transactions generated via their Share & Earn links. Please note that if for any reason whatsoever, Moneyship Enterprises does not receive commission from the Retailer for a users’s QualifyingTransaction/s, then no Moneyship Enterprises cashback is applicable to the user as well.
• Further, in the event that the Retailer feels that particular transactions are not genuine for any reason whatsoever and Moneyship Enterprises does not receive any commissions for those transactions, then the respective users to whom those transactions belong will not receive any Moneyship Enterprises cashback.
• All tracking and reporting systems for Share & Earn are automated and there is no provision for any customer support for Share & Earn tickets/queries relating to cashback not tracked, missing claims, cashback not confirmed etc.
• Moneyship Enterprises cashback withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the withdrawal page. In the event, the user decides to close their Account with us, and if at such time of closure, the available Confirmed Moneyship Enterprises cashback in your account is less than the minimum confirmed cashback required for withdrawal mentioned on the withdrawal page or Rs.250 - whichever of these is more, then the entire amount will be forfeited. If the validated Moneyship Enterprises cashback in your account is Rs 250 or above, then you can request payment via any of the Moneyship Enterprises cashback withdrawal methods. We have the discretion to forfeit any such validated balance showing on your Account for the reasons provided elsewhere in this Agreement.
• Note that your Moneyship Enterprises cashback withdrawal methods (such as banks, private wallet services such as Amazon, gift cards and vouchers or other payment modes as ‘we’ may introduce) may have rules about the maximum or minimum payment that you can receive through that withdrawal method and that you agree to abide by the same.
• You may redeem the cashback only in accordance with the withdrawal rules prescribed by us from time to time.
• Moneyship Enterprises reserves the right to cancel withdrawal requests or withhold payments indefinitely, if unscrupulous activity, fraud or bulk purchase is detected.
• Important: You must ensure that the email address and mobile number you provide at the time of sign-up in your account are yours and valid, and thereafter kept up-to-date and that you have full access to it – we will be sending you important messages there.
• We reserve the right to change, modify, or terminate the Share & Earn Program/Service at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated to you through email or by posting on our website.

Termination /Suspension

Moneyship Enterprises reserves its right to limit, refuse service, restrict, suspend, prohibit access to the Site, terminate your account and services; (Terminate this Agreement; Terminate or suspend your access to the Web Sites; Move, or remove any product or service that is available on or through the Services; Deactivate or delete your accounts and all related information and files in your account; Establish general practices and limits concerning use of this Site) at any time, in its sole discretion with or without cause, and with or without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use.
